When an order is sent, You will receive a confirmation message in your e-mail within 24 h.
We produce a variety of items, some are in stock, others are made to order.
For the items in the stock, Your order will be dispatched within 1-3 workdays from the time You place your order. When Your order is dispatched, You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number by e-mail.
For items that aren’t in stock the production time might take 2 – 4 weeks. We will keep you updated (via e-mail) about the estimated delivery date and all the shipping details.
We provide a worldwide FREE STANDARD DELIVERY, since the shipping costs are included in the price of the goods. Economy shipping takes about 10-15 work days.
You can also choose the EXPRESS DELIVERY via EMS (Express Mail Service), yet it will take an extra charge - Express delivery till door takes about 2-4 work days (?) after the product is dispatched. If You chose Express delivery service,
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the checkout page when both the destination and delivery service are selected.
All packages are insured and have a tracking number so the package can be traced.
When an order is sent, You will receive an e-mail containing the tracking number for Your package within 3 days. In some cases this may be caught by Your junk filter, so please check before contacting us.
Once Your order has arrived in Your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures.
Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, you may want to contact Your local customs office for further information.
In case of wrong size or another relevant reason to change Your mind, You can send the item back and get a full product refund or exchange the item for a different size. Yet note that events outside BLANKBLANK control (an earthquake, mass strikes etc.) shall be considered force majeure. The item must be dispatched within 14 days since the item was originally received. Make sure that the product is still in perfect condition with undamaged packaging and tags still attached. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not match with these criteria. Place the product in a shipping box or plastic bag. Enclose the original sales receipt to the product. The original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once we have received your package, Your refund will be processed within 7 working days.
Please note that Your bank may require additional days to process and post this transaction to Your account once they have received the information from us.
Your responsibility and the item is Your responsibility until it reaches us.
We can only exchange for the same product in a different size not other styles.
